Rubik was established in 2015, with a team of two people. Now in our third year, we have a workforce of more than 90. Supporting the private sector and a number of Federal Government departments. Through, consulting, ICT, change management, finance and business services.
From working in home offices, café’s and shared office spaces, to a small office in Manuka, we have now had to move to accommodate our expanding team! We are loving our new office space in Braddon.

Well, at Rubik3 – we really do! Founding Partner Guy Earnshaw has built Rubik from the ground up… blood, sweat and tears is an understatement of what Guy has put in. Guy knows the most important part of running a business is his people; Culture in the workplace and passion. A diverse group of dynamic, committed and energetic people make Rubik3 what it is. With Guy’s leadership and infectious energy, work does not feel like work; we have passion and purpose.
We share our passion with our clients, consultants and community. We support a number of non-for-profits and are excited to be the platinum partner of the Tuggeranong Hawks for 2018.
